SUMMER SALADS COOKING CLASS
Tuesday July 24, 6-8 pm
Learn how to make the most from your farmer’s market finds! We will make a puff pastry heirloom tomato tart, Cantaloupe Panzanella with a lemon herb vinaigrette, Grilled shrimp Salad with Peaches, arugula and avocado vinaigrette. We will also make delicious Melon ague frescas.
Class is demonstration style, dinner consisting of what we make in class is served. You may bring whatever refreshments you'd like to enjoy in class.
Classes are final purchase, non-refundable or transferable to a different date. If you cannot make the class however, you can send someone in your place.
